A very relaxing holiday with...

Liked: Breakfast was always very neatly presented, the staff were extremely attentive and went "that bit further" to make sure we had a relaxed family holiday. Food was replenished in a very timely manner and the area was always kept tidy, plenty of fresh juice to choose from
Disliked: There was only one coffee/hot water machine so there was always a bit of a queue to get coffee and tea

The hotel was well situated...

Liked: the hotel has a great spa, the food in the restaurant was perfect and my room was very good.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: From start to finish the stay was excellent from fantastic staff to excellent food. Location is brilliant with a short walk to town, onsite free parking,shuttle bus

Fantastic hotel, amazing staff, beautiful...

Liked: A beautiful hotel and a very pleasant stay. The only negative was that we asked for small glasses of wine at dinner and got large and we were not advised to get a bottle. Therefore we unknowingly spent £40 on wine and It felt that we had been taken advantage of. Add to that the already applied 10% gratuity, and we felt like we had been paid in excess of what we asked for
