Perfect stay, sad it was...

Liked: Location was perfect, staff were so helpful- it felt like we were staying with friends, nothing was too much trouble! Very impressed with breakfast selection! Lovely clean full English breakfast - delicious!
Disliked: The only thing I would improve is the hairdryer, other than that, everything was first class.

Very pleasant, a delightful place...

Liked: The rooms were clean and well appointed and uniquely decorated. Good size bathroom with shower in room 108. The room contained everything you could need. The location was excellent, a short walk from the centre of Bruges and walking distance from the train station. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel with a cute little courtyard. The breakfast was amazing - so many lovely dishes to try. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The beds were a bit soft for our liking, and the actual room felt a little cramped due to so much furniture crammed into a small space. In 108 the air conditioning wasn't great, but the building is old and the hotel can only achieve so much due to the physical limitations of the building - we were there on some of the hottest days (30+ degrees).

Liked: We were absolutely thrilled with this place – truly one of the nicest accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. The building is beautiful, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Everything was clean, stylish, and comfortable. We loved every moment of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Liked: the location was perfect for exploring the old town of Bruges. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was an amazing spread. the bed was very comfy and i had 2 really good nights sleep.
Disliked: the extras (parking, dog, breakfast, tax) all added up to make it a bit pricey!
