The staff are outstanding

Liked: The staff are exceptional. Having got caught in a heavy downpour on route to the hotel, I was greeted with a warm hello and a towel to dry myself. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. The hotel's in a great location for the Sacre Couer and walking down to the other main sights isn't far but on the doorstep there's lots of bars and restaurants with a great vibe. The beds are super comfy, with plenty of cushions and the shower's hot and powerful. You can't beat it for facilities; kettle, coffee machine, fan, tv, phone and fridge. The price is excellent value for money and I'll definitely be back.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Staff were accommodating when I arrived very late.
Disliked: No air conditioning but at least there was a fan. Stained curtains, very crooked floors, the bathroom definitely needs an update. The towels were very rough. Relieved I was only staying one night.

Disliked: Evreything. Found bed bugs in my room, they refused to refund me and only offered another room, but I did not want to take the risk
