We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel although it is pricey. However, the convenient walking proximity to restaurants and the SAP Center is really nice. If you need parking, it is limited. Valet is $47 a night. We were only there for one night so parked on the street where it is free from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Liked: It was very clean and modern inside. People were nice and check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. SAP Center walk is an easy 7-8 minutes.
Disliked: Intermittent noise from outside can be annoying. Also, our fridge motor was somewhat noisy. Hotel is pricey. Rooms are nice and clean, but nothing special.

Disliked: No food on premises, claims on website there is a restaurant but only a coffee cafe with small sweet buns.....deceptive advertising. The first room air con was very noisy then moved to a room next door which was then very noisy & earplugs were provided in the room so hotel was aware that it was noisy.

Disliked: Welcoming upon checking was poor and toilet for our room was clogged upon checking in.Details:Not that great, not that welcoming.We Checked in around 6:55pm and was greeted by the front desk associate with "I'll be back in 5 minutes "Then got to to the room and the toilet was clogged , the bowl filled up to the rim then slowly drained .We left the room at 727pm to go to a concert. As we left we notified the front desk associate about the toilet. They said a maintenance person would fix it while we were out.We returned to the room at 11:20pm and the toilet was not fixed.Upon checking out the next day, the front desk associate waived our valet fee, which was nice.But the toilet not working makes me hesitant to stay at the facility in the future. We will probably stay at the AC Marriot. We attend SAP events 2-3 times per year and always get a hotel.
