Hotel De Anza

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel although it is pricey. However, the convenient walking proximity to restaurants and the SAP Center is really nice. If you need parking, it is limited. Valet is $47 a night. We were only there for one night so parked on the street where it is free from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Liked: It was very clean and modern inside. People were nice and check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. SAP Center walk is an easy 7-8 minutes.
Disliked: Intermittent noise from outside can be annoying. Also, our fridge motor was somewhat noisy. Hotel is pricey. Rooms are nice and clean, but nothing special.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a great location. We arrived at about 1.30am after a delayed flight during which our luggage was lost by the airline. The night manager (I didn't get his name unfortunately) was so helpful and lovely - he gave us some toothbrushes and toothpaste as we had nothing, and also let us leave our car in the valet area rather than make us pay for valet seeing as most of the night was over. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: No issues at all.

Excellent location and great staff

Liked: Location was excellent and walking distance to Sharks game. All staff were extremely helpful and very polite. King bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The uncomfortable sofa bed mattress was the only disappointment.

Nice, good location

Liked: The hotel is really nice, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. It is conveniently located between train station (~10 min walk) and downtown San José.
Disliked: I liked the coffee shop on the premises but would have also been good to have some breakfast options.
