Exceeded all expectations

Liked: This hotel was fabulous. Could not fault it. Comfy bed, large bathroom, wonderful staff, beautiful garden to sit in the the evening for Happy Hour. Bus right outside the door. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
Disliked: Nothing at all

Short stay, but wouldn’t hesitate...

Liked: Staff were incredibly friendly and answered every question and request with a smile. The happy hour was very generous and a great time to talk with other guests. Breakfast was excellent and, again, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No negatives to note

Liked: Wonderful helpful staff from reception to Marcella in the excellent breakfast buffet. Parking on site was free and easy with our large van. Complementary happy hour with drinks and food All day coffee tea sodas. Bus stop out the front to Ponte Vecchio Highly recommended
