Disliked: The stairs are steep for a solo traveler with a luggage.

Liked: Great location, in close walking distance to all major attractions. Clean room - we booked a small double and that is exactly what we had. It had all we needed, but it was very compact. Good choice of breakfast. We used the parking facilities offered by the hotel, which involved the cat being collected and taken out of town for parking. It worked seamlessly and saved us a lot of bother.
Disliked: Access to the hotel is up a rather long and steep staircase - not fun with heavy suitcases.

Liked: They gave a special attention to details, we loved it. We were 4 in room. The complimentary fresh patisserie and lemon water were amazing specially after walking every day. The staff is amazing. What a nice surprise. Highly recommended. The Bussola restaurant just in front is really good and you are right in the middle of everything interesting to see. Literally 2 to 15 min walking to everything.

Liked: Felt welcome and very hospitable from the first interaction at reception desk. Lorenzo was brilliant and as front of house makes the experience extremely joyful.
