Liked: The staff was amazing and the facilities were impeccable
Disliked: Taxi or Ubers did not drop off orPick up at the hotel so we needed to drag our luggage around the block over cobblestones to get to the hotel. We were not made aware of this prior to arrival and it was unsettling as we arrived after dark. While the hotel was beautiful in every other way, this would prohibit us from staying there again or recommending this hotel to others, especially older relatives and friends.

Disliked: Maybe not being able to get to the door because it is in a tight corridor

Excellent staff

Liked: The staff were polite and courteous. The building was beautiful and very centrally placed for exploring Porto by foot.There was an excellent breakfast buffet.The roof top bar was tastefully furnished and the drinks menu was extensive
Disliked: Unfortunately the bathroom letdown the overall comfort of the room. The shower was small, there was no handle on the inside of the door so it couldn’t be shut properly hence the floor flooded easily.
