Exceptional

Liked: From arrival to departure we couldn't have asked for more. Everything was exceptional, nothing disappointed and nothing needed to be put right. The hotel felt special from the start. A powerful restoration complemented by exquisite interior design with the most wonderful staff/team who exuded professionalism and were warm, welcoming, friendly and personable all at the same time.

Disliked: It can't be 5* if you can't get there with a Taxi, and no one tell you that before you book.

Great base for a cultural...

Liked: The public areas of the hotel, from the reception area, breakfast room which doubles as their restaurant in th evening, and then rooftop bar were well designed. Both in the room and at reception there were interesting resources about the history of the hotel and area
Disliked: Might be nitpicking here, but the pillows could have been nicer. Other room amenities were great Some of the staff were very friendly and outgoing, but a few of them were not very attentive

Liked: Very close to the conference centre. short walk from other key sites.
Disliked: nothing much.

Liked: Everything was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing

My wife and l loved...

Liked: Everything about the place we loved with the exception of car park.
Disliked: No parking and no transportation to and from the main road and parking lot.
