We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Fantastic location and facilities, restaurant and bar were great and quality of the food was excellent. Renting bikes to get to the castles was convenient and fun.
Disliked: Better towels for day to day! Spa towels were great. (Minor issue!)

Liked: The staff here were so very obliging and helpful. Really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The mountain views from our room were amazing not to mention the view of Neuschwanstein every morning. The Bavarian countryside is breathtaking and we enjoyed every moment.

Couple from Switzerland

Liked: This place is amazing, the location and amenities was perfect. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Nice spa and beautiful view of the two Castle.
Disliked: Nothing.. I like everything in this hotel.
