Good to stay for work...

Liked: Ok to stay clean and relatively quiet. Close to places of interest.
Disliked: Very difficult to stop and unload car no designated stopping area for hotel

Liked: Really friendly staff, everyone was welcoming and kind. I booked super last minute, it’s close to the station and includes a good breakfast.
Disliked: The room is slightly outdated but not a problem at all.

Liked: The location of this hotel was spot on. Near all the tram stops and just around the corner from many bars, restaurants and places of interest. Not too far a walk from the train station too. The staff were really helpful and check-in was super easy. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Considering it is slap bang in the middle of Munich it was relatively quiet for a centrally located hotel. Would definitely use this hotel again for a short stay.
Disliked: Would have been great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room but it didn't spoil our stay.

Great location, good rooms and...

Liked: The location is amazing, everything is accessible either by foot or by tram/metro nearby. The staff was welcoming and nice, rooms was pretty big, we enjoyed our time spent in Munich
