Liked: The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: It wasn’t very clean, and the towels were old and really smelly.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was very good, a short distance from the Rouen Cathedral, by the main street, but with a view over the river, and double glazed windows kept the street noise away. The receptionist was very helpful. However, the room was worn out and the bathroom tiny, although clean. Breakfast was underwhelming, there was not much on offer, no fresh fruit and vegetables, only items that could be kept in the cupboard and served another day. Also, it was very difficult to park on the street and we had to use Indigo underground car park, which although was 5 mins away costed us Eur 15 for a night.
Disliked: Rooms are in need of a refresh.

Liked: Fantastic location in the centre of town, clean and well looked after
Disliked: Bathroom was very small, needed to stand in shower to close door and get to toilet

Disliked: Quite dingy, stains in the carpet, only 1 coffee cup despite paying for a couple, note in room stated we needed to free the room by 11am although booking.com stated 12pm. To be fair they left us stay when I asked but it was awkward. Had to pay 20 Euros to park for 1 night which should have been clearer
