Good quality place to stay

Liked: Brilliant staff and nice location, comfortable beds, convenience of having your own key to re-enter the hotel / room as and when you please. Good room service provided fresh towels and bedding..
Disliked: Was not aware of low emission zone around Rouen before booking the hotel, had already booked it when the satnav made me aware it was based in an eco zone. Took a gamble and hopefully made it work by using indoor parking (unless fines will appear at a later time)

Superb

Disliked: It is almost impossible to lock room 403 from the outside when leaving the room. They key (yes, the old style physical key) does not fits well the lock. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Liked: Very clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, great location. Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Sour options for breakfast would be nice, at the moment they only serve sweet stuff.
