Hotel Dandy Rouen centre

Was a great stay,ideally located...

Liked: Its location to the centre of Rouen was ideal and it was quiet too considering its location.
Disliked: No a/c so when it’s very hot it is stifling in your room.you have a fan but it just blows hot air around.

Nice place to stay when...

Liked: Room was very well located, very pleasant, and the staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: They didn’t have air, but they gave us a really great fan

Elegant hotel with good value...

Liked: Elegant little hotel in the heart of Rouen. Friendly staff, nice decor.
Disliked: The screens (two!) and wires hanging about kill the otherwise charming atmosphere.

Would return!!

Liked: Great location and wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful!!
Disliked: While don't recall asking for a "quiet"room, our room did face the street with many cafes (no cars) and one cafe directly across from our room was still noisy at 2 AM. Not a reason to negatively impact our rating as we did enjoy our stay and to reiterate the staff was exceptional as was the location.

Good location and nice looking...

Liked: Great location for being able to walk to the main sites and restaraunts
Disliked: Room was boiling hot with no a/c and faced onto street where music played until 2am. There were 2 of us in the room but only one coffee cup was left and no tea or coffee.

Learnt a lot of history...

Liked: The location to the historical centre of Rouen . The size of our room & the decor was lovely. The host were very obliging.
