Liked: Very good location. One can very easily reach the main train station with tram 16. The tram stop is couple of minutes away on foot. There is a supermarket just across the street.
Disliked: Breakfast is good but it could be better. Bread wasn't amazing.

Liked: Not worth the value. Never again.We had to pay an additional €40 for one child, even though we booked through Booking.com for 2 adults and 3 children. According to the booking information, children were supposed to stay free of charge. Still, the hotel claimed they had no record of this and charged us anyway.
Disliked: Disappointing Experience – Would Not RecommendThe rooms were plain and unimpressive, and the neighborhood didn't feel inviting. There was no parking available, which caused inconvenience. The breakfast was supposed to be continental, but it was very minimal and not satisfying. Overall, the hotel was dull and offered no atmosphere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not the best nor ideal...
Liked: The room was cosy. The sauna experience was average. In the sauna area here is space to relax, lose phone reception, put your feet up relax with showers, gel, towels, robes. It was local to shops, cafés, takeaways, restaurants, buses across the road, plus S-Bahn and U-Bahn 5-15 mins away. Easily walk to the city centre without public transportation or Frankfurt Card.
Disliked: It is not the best example of a non-smoking hotel because people smoke right at the entrance of the hotel and the smoke wafts inside. People smoke at the back too so if your room is there it doesn’t matter. The bedrooms are not soundproofed because you can hear conversations from next door and slamming doors when they close.Not ideal service provided on safety inside the hotel (hospitality cleaner left room unlocked all day whilst I was out) offered no consolation other than to wait until the next day even though they have a 24-hour help desk to complain again to get an apology. Below average service provided for the sauna despite given notice early in the morning it was not ready until an hour later than requested. Kept being told to wait longer for it to warm up even though they had a full day to prepare it. Also no toilet is accessible down there nor complimentary water that was kindly asked for. One concierge suggested I go to Lidl’s across the road but thankfully his colleague gave me a bottle of water on the house.
