Liked: The initial reception by friendly staff was then exceeded by their willingness to answer questions and give us recommendations on restaurants, transportation and food delivery. We even tipped two of the front desk people for outstanding service, a first for us.
Disliked: We didn't like the rain but the hotel was not responsible for the weather.

Lovely hotel very close to...

Liked: Lovely modern clean hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Good choice for breakfast. Very close to main sights, walkable distance, without being right in it so nice and quiet.
Disliked: Water bottles and tea and coffee in room wasn't topped up after the first day. Although when checking in we were told to ask if we needed anything, it would have been nice if this was done automatically.

Liked: Room amenities are pretty complete with little snacks and complimentary sparkling water. Reception staff were helpful and professional.
Disliked: We relied on Uber and Bolt services when we were in Prague but three out of four times we had to walk half a block in order to be picked up . A bit inconvenient esp on a rainy day with suitcases. Wonder if the hotel can make a bigger sign out front or somehow communicate with the uber and bolt companies to find a way to pick up passengers in front of the hotel despite the street is one way.
