Disliked: My grandparents had a prepaid reservation, they showed up to the hotel and they were asked to pay again even after telling the receptionist that everything was paid for, they don't take USD so my grandparents weren't able to pay and had to walk under the rain, the fact that they didn't even try to accomodate them after so many hours of travelling it's disappointing, staff sucks and they have poor management, I recommend to avoid this place!

Disliked: They tried to get us to pay for an upgrade we didn’t reserve as it was the only room they had left.

Disliked: No towels nor toilet paper available upon our arrival. Staff wanted to charge us extra for garbage
