Great time holiday.
Liked: The location is great. Very close to the beach. The hotel has a good boutique style, and it is clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Overall, it is a very good value for money.
Disliked: There is nothing that we didn't like. In my opinion, breakfast options can be improved.

Liked: Nice rooms and that's it. Location close to the beach but far away from decent breakfast or dinner options.
Disliked: Swimming pool is a disaster!!! I've booked this hotel as the swimming pool seemed nice in the pictures but in reality it's extremely dirty!!! Avoid this hotel if you wish to use swimming pool! Personel did care at all when we were complaining about the swimming pool. They do not clean it at all!!!

The hotel was good but...
Liked: Cost and comfortable rooms. Facilities were good. The tavern on site bar is great but way overpriced.
Disliked: Service was not great at all, rude at some points and staff outspoken. Breakfast offering was very minimal and cold.

Misleading Amenities, Operational Friction, and...
Liked: As an accommodation specialist, I evaluate properties on reliability, transparency, and guest experience, and this stay fell short across several fundamentals. Operationally, the constant need to reset key cards signaled poor access control management and created repeated friction from check-in onward. The pool was both small and not consistently clean, failing basic hygiene and maintenance expectations; to compound that, it was also closed for filming during my stay, reducing amenity access without adequate notice or alternative arrangements. A more serious concern was false advertising around a gym that does not exist. Accurate amenity listings are non-negotiable—misrepresentation erodes guest trust before the stay even begins.Service ethics were another low point. Staff at the taverna pressured me for a positive review and attempted to influence it with complimentary drinks. Incentivizing reviews compromises authenticity and violates standard review guidelines. On the billing side, a 20% automatic tip was added without clear, upfront disclosure, and—most concerning of all—I was not issued an invoice. Proper invoicing is a basic compliance requirement and essential for transparency and guest records.Individually, these might be fixable missteps; collectively, they indicate systemic issues with standards, communication, and guest respect. Until management addresses amenity accuracy, cleanliness, access reliability, ethical review practices, and billing compliance, I cannot recommend this property.
