Liked: They did a lovely surprise in our room for my moms birthday.

Great location and superlative staff!

Liked: The staff at the front desk and concierge desk was consistently happy to help us no matter how many questions and requests we asked of them. I actually do not think I've ever interacted with such an excellent staff. They were gracious, flexible, and accommodating beyond our expectations. We also loved being only 2 blocks from the 40th street Citi-Bike-Miami docking station. We hopped around Miami Beach via the curvy Miami Beach "Boardwalk" (made of bricks not wood) on Citi bikes day and night. Also, the hotel is one short block from the beach. They lent us beach chairs and beach towels and made everything easy for us.

Liked: Hotel is located near one of the main street in Miami Beach with easy access to the public transportation.Close to the beach (200 m) - we could see the beach and the ocean from our window.The room was located at 6th floor with only one wall common with other rooms, so it was most of the time quite. Also we had windows on 2 sides,The beach in the vicinity is with fine sand , clean and water without rocks.
Disliked: Some of the tourists were noisy when they exit and enter the rooms.

Disliked: Super annoyingly the hotel key cards demagnetized all the time and we had to get them re-done at least once a day

Fine but not great

Liked: The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The roof top patio.Nice staffHaving a restaurant on site. Eddie who works there was lovely.
Disliked: No kettle or coffee machine in the room.The internet was appalling and we couldn't watch the TV most of the time. The Masters was on and we were not happy that we couldn't watch McIlroy win.

Liked: Good location - nearby stops of free public buses. Friendly staff. Good restaurant with happy hour for hotel guests.
Disliked: Difficult to find affordable parking place. Check the options before to arrive.
