Great value for money and...

Liked: Exceptionally nice and accommodating staff, kind receptionist.
Disliked: Rooms were a bit cramped but clean and served the purpose

A decent place to stay...

Liked: On a hot day with the air conditioning was really appreciated
Disliked: No elevator or luggage carts.

Pleasant staff and room met...

Liked: Breakfast was good. I thought my reservation included it, but I had to pay extra at the hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast started a little late,8am, but it was a Sunday.

Great location.superb staff comfortable rooms...

Liked: Ideal location. Clean and the reception guy was absolutely outstanding. He went out of his way to help us.
Disliked: We had to leave just before 7am and it would have been nice to get a coffee for our journey. Even if they had a machine which you can get drinks from out of hours.

I brought my mum and...

Liked: First and foremost - I have to compliment the dedicated team working there. Gaspar was exceptional - in fact so much so I believed he was part of the ownership of the hotel because he was so welcoming and friendly and dedicated to customer service. The other staff were extremely friendly and receptive - they should be rewarded and acknowledged for their service.The property is within easy walking distance from the Caen War Memorial and within 15 / 20 minutes drive from the port of Ouistreham.Very comfortable beds with air conditioning.
