Liked: The view was lovely and we liked the fact that we could choose wether to have breakfast or not,and up to 10 am.
Disliked: I realise there's nothing you can do about it but the room was a bit small. Also the access to thehotel was really tricky and parking difficult with small spaces.

Disappointing.

Liked: Comfortable, clean, well maintained. Good location. Staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: I contacted the hotel to ask whether they could provide a gluten free breakfast (I am coeliac). I was assured that they could. I checked again on arrival and it was again confirmed. At breakfast next morning I was told that the gluten free bread had not been delivered that morning. GF bread delivery. Sunday morning. Before 0800. In Jersey… Next morning, no GF bread, but they do have crackers. I’d come prepared with bread this time and asked if they had a dedicated GF toaster in the kitchen. No, they do it in a Salamander (industrial grill, apparently). Is it dedicated GF? No… Never heard of cross contamination, I guess. If you can’t do it, and do it properly, please be honest about it.
