Liked: My partner arrived injured and unable to walk. The staff were very considerate and helpful in arranging medical assistance including an ambulance and providing out of hours food.
Disliked: The only negative was a rather noisy room close to the railway line.

Excellent, renovated and clean!

Liked: This hotel has been recently renovated and we were in a very comfortable small apartment Very clean and functional, I loved the bathroom and the 2 big windows that you could open.The position is excellent, right in front of the Rotonda and the beaches and in a 10minutes walk you reach the historic sites and enchanting streets of the city center.It was perfect for the purpose of our stay.
Disliked: I don't think parking will be easy in full season. The hotel has a small private parking but I guess it might be difficult to find a spot there in July or August.

Liked: It was modern, clean , staff was very attentive and nice. It’s location was top and beach area very beautiful. Had late nite reception and breakfast was good.

Good stay!

Liked: Very nice and modern room, perfectly clean and with aircon easily adjustable. Breakfast was also nice, with a good selection of sweet and savoury.
Disliked: Everything was good, as expected. Facilities are cool and modern, and so is the staff (sometimes a little too much. Everyone's very professional and polite, but some might miss the "warmth" of other more traditionally family-run hotels)

Liked: Brilliant, modern well furnished hotel, in a superb beachfront location, the Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff, service, and owners were so professional and go the extra mile to make sure you stay is pleasurable and relaxing! I cannot recommend Hotel Cristallo highly enough!Great value for money too!
Disliked: Nothing, our stay was perfect!
