Clean room in convenient travel...

Liked: Convenient location next to train station. Very clean room. A few restaurants just opposite of the street.
Disliked: The lift goes to half floors only. You have to carry your luggage either half floor up or down. A bit difficult if luggage is heavy…

No frills convenience.

Liked: Conveniently located a few steps from the central train station. Ample breakfast provided; clean and basic accommodations for a no-frills stay.
Disliked: Elevator/stair access was awkward — no matter which floor you were on, it required navigating BOTH an elevator AND stairs — but I suppose that’s to be expected with older, quirky European city center buildings.
