Not safe, okay location

Disliked: They leave the front main entrance open all night- we had homelessness people in reception when the staff had gone home

Liked: Room was ok and basic. Nothing more needed. As expected from the reviews.
Disliked: Shower was not in the best shape. Invoice was not provided at the place and promised to be sent via email. Nothing arrived also after more than a week and more requests. For a professional stay, I cannot recommend.

Horrible experience

Liked: I had booked a double room and was charged for one. I landed at 10pm and was told there was only a twin room available! When I said I had confirmed a double room, I was told I could leave and find another hotel! They also said most hotels were fully booked. My partner and I were supposed to have a romantic night away in Paris but had no choice but to stay in the twin room. The beds, separated at night. The room was definitely not the one shown in the picture! The corridors and room smelt of cheap sprays. Terrible service.
Disliked: All of the above. The person at the front desk and the manager who was on the phone kept telling us to leave and find another hotel if we were not happy! This was at 10pm at night!
