Excellent Stay

Liked: I arrived at the hotel before noon and my room was ready! I was so appreciative and thankful, but my room was very small, the safe did not lock, the tv would not cast Netflix and the shower head did not work. Needless to say, that was disappointing but DIDIA really turned my experience around. When there was another room available, Didia upgraded me to a bigger room with a working safe and shower! Didia was so friendly and kind from the moment I walked through the door until the end of my trip. He was alwaya available to answer questions, provide recommendations and made me feel at home. Didia is the reason why the service was 10/10. The common kitchen has dishes/utensils if you need, coffee/espresso machine and complimentary fruit daily. The location was UNBEATABLE. It is very central but tucked on a side street, away from the noise but only a 5 min walk to Palais Royale gardens. Endless restaurants to choose from! I highly recommend Valentino and Le Louis, which are both a couple minutes away. I would love go return and stay at this hotel again. It was extremely convenient and the service was impeccable. Disliked: Double check what type of room you book and do not book the very basic, unless you are okay with a very tiny room with no natural light. The first room felt like a dungeon. If Didia didn't upgrade me to a better room, my experience would have been terrible.

Disliked: The room is very very small. It’s noisy as I can hear the other room and the street. For the price and the rating I expected more. I ask for another room but it was not possible . There is nothing on the bathroom and not even an iron in the room for my shirts.
