Exceptional

Liked: Very comfortable spacious accommodation, we had a Jnr Suite, which was exceptional. The terrace was terrific, for an early evening relax. Great choice at breakfast.

Liked: The location was excellent the staff amazing, friendly worked hard too make sure guests hadeverything they need. Staff made it a 5 star experience.
Disliked: Nothing a great place on a budget

Liked: Rooms were very comfortable and quiet with excellent facilities. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was amazing, easy walking distance to a range of places and right by a Metro station.

End of month long trip

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: On checking in I was given a room whose window looked into an interior well with scaffolding outside my window. I complained and was told they were full. Fortunately suddenly they had a cancellation and I was moved. The hotel should never have sold the original room. It seems to me they do this with third party bookings. Totally unacceptable

Great !

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded upon arrival, which was a great start. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, with a nice double bed, two sinks, two types of baths, a nice living room area. Parfait! The breakfast was good. The staff is friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is great. We were close to all commodities and monuments.
Disliked: The sound insulation was quite poor; we could hear everything happening in the outside, which made it difficult to fully relax at night. Breakfast area is at the first floor, no view, no windows, just a big space. Most of workers during the breakfast do not speak english very well.
