Liked: Clean, very nice location in the city centre of Bologna, very nice and helpful staff , parking need to reserve in advance, very nice restaurant for the breakfast
Disliked: The sound of people in the street can be heard and is a bit disturbing at night.

Liked: Everything was fantastic, the staff and the reception were respectful and well spoken. They literally helped us with everything, I definitely would recommend this place to anyone, and the location of the hotel was the best part.

Liked: Reception staff and waiters were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The beds were comfortable and the reception area was lovely. There was an espresso machine and kettle in each room with coffee pods and tea bags. You would need to ask for milk if required. Cans of water were also provided. The hotel was peaceful and in a superb location for exploring Bologna on foot.
Disliked: A strange smell seemed to be coming from the aircon unit. As you entered one of our rooms it didn't smell too good. The food was quite expensive.
