Liked: The hotel was able to accommodate us in a new room when we arrived late, which we appreciated under the circumstances.
Disliked: We had booked and paid for a triple room in advance, and the reservation was confirmed. However, while we were already traveling, the booking was suddenly canceled without explanation. When I called, I was told it was a Booking.com error and that there was no room available for us. This caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, especially since we had nearly arrived and it was already late in the evening.

Liked: Nice and comfortable room and bed, very central location, good breakfast. They also have a nice, sustainable clothing shop in the lobby
