Liked: There was a kitchen and microwave oven. Not far from the center.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. There was no one at reception at working hours when I arrived, and no instructions were provided on how to get in. The room was outdated — old furniture and worn-out amenities. The bathroom had mold, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. To make things worse, the bathroom light worked on a motion sensor, so I had to keep stepping out and waving my hands to turn it back on while showering. Definitely would not recommend.

Liked: It was very difficult to get access to the property after hours. I had an e-Sim card with data but no assigned phone number. I could not make a call to connect with the staff person to allow us to check in. We only were able to once some other guests arrived and they let us use their phone to check in. The next day I asked the staff person about why the check in is so difficult and frustrating, but was told that others don't have this problem. I suggested the hotel use a What's App number and at the very least answer their emails, as I had tried that route as well with no success. I felt that my issue was dismissed and not taken seriously! This was a huge problem for me on arrival. The other issue was that the message I received from the hotel have conflicting information that staff would be available for check in until 5:00pm , then ano try her message that said from 3;00 pm onward. So confusing! This is poor practice.Also wifi should be free!! A kettle and a coffee pot should be accessible to everyone in the kitchenOtherwise, the room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were adequate

Liked: The room worth the price, but the amenities are limited, the toilets and shower are small and there is 2 for the entire floor. We can hear a lot the other clients. The area is quiet and close to the metro
