Good staff and you get...

Liked: The staff was very nice, accommodating and spoke English and French. The hotel has seen better days but that was ok for me. It was fair price so it is a good place to stay if you need a cheap stay.
Disliked: Not soundproof at all! I booked it because I needed quiet and I could hear people talk and use the bathroom next door. I complained and they moved me to another room without neighbors and then it was fine. I would not recommend if you need quiet. Also the bar was not open. Breakfast was mediocre.

Liked: Well located on plaza Carducci right next to the metro
Disliked: Lack of parking besides 3 spaces in front of the hotel, constantly occupied, it’s very uncomfortable to check in when arriving by car

Liked: Clean rooms, lots of hot water, very close to transport, underground, train and buses.
Disliked: On a busy road
