Good location and comfortable hotel.

Liked: Good location and very close to the beach. Comfortable rooms. Nice swimming pool.

Very good

Liked: The person who checked me in was very informative about the property and amenities offered. The lady, working in the bar, was kind and helpful with the drink and light appetizer selections. Room size was adequate, lots of food offerings, up and down Collins and easy access to the beach.
Disliked: The moisture in the room, from the window unit and being so close to the ocean.
