Outstanding Staff who Make your...

Liked: The staff made everything pleasant. The front desk people were so helpful. On our final day when I was so stressed about a taxi I had booked, the front desk person called the taxi people and spoke in Spanish to straighten things out. It was such a relief to me and I am forever grateful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The shower was fabulous. We were very happy with our choice being close to shopping and great restaurants.
Disliked: Sorry it rained. Not the Hotel’s fault!! But I had sprung for the balcony rooms which we really didn’t use.

Exceptional

Liked: For a tourist,the location was perfect. No other hotel in the world, that I have been in, has provided free beer and wine all day, everyday of the year, in addition to free coffee, snacks, and a good variety of fruits, vegetables and other dishes-all day long. Good public common areas, good staff.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything! Maybe the elevator was a little slow.
