Liked: We love that it has a living room. It makes the stay much more relaxing. I also like that it is in the quiet end of the river. We love the bar area. Lots of couches to sit and relax on and a nice out door area!
Disliked: There isn’t anything we don’t like about the hotel . Valet parking is a little pricey, but that is any hotel on the river walk. I wish they had Microwave in the rooms, but really no big deal!

Liked: The room design is thoughtful and generous.It’s a beautiful hotel and a great location.
Disliked: The very heavy smell near the entrance and front desk areas. Hotel Contessa has “signature scent” which is sweet, heavy, and musky.These things can be dangerous for the nervous system and a lot of people are very sensitive to that. Medically it didn’t do much for me and others and I would suggest that they abandon or markedly lighten this signature sent. Thankfully, it wasn’t part of the entire property.

Simply awesome

Liked: Amazing location couldn’t have asked for better. Easily accessible to most of the tourist attractions. Ambler cafe n restaurant was the main highlight. Also they gave us complimentary margaritas on both day so like a perfect welcome after a tiring day.
Disliked: Nothing that i can think off
