I got stuck in the...

Liked: It was very nice looking Hotel, service was good staff was nice. Room was spacious and had a nice view.
Disliked: We did have a couple roaches in the bathroom when showering in the mornings thats when we noticed them roaming the bathroom floors. Then on our last night, elevator No.3 was malfunctioning, I was stuck in the elevator for about 10 to 15 min, the call button was working, but it took them what felt like forever to finally respond. Then the person at the front desk tried to make me feel like it was my fault.. that completely ruined my experience.. the whole reason is because there aren't any signs to lead you to an ice machine, and it ended leading me to have to explore. Then I ended up back in my room with no ice due to the fact that the ice machine was out of order on my floor #9. So I gave up and drank my 8$ Fiji waters hot.. overall, I wasn't disappointed until they tried to make the elevator situation look like my fault. It was insulting to try and make me feel dumb for the elevator malfunction. I know now what claustrophobia feels like, and it isn't fun.. This happened on the weekend 8/16/25 thru 8/18/25 room 909

Liked: Beautiful large suite.
Disliked: Me and my girlfriend we both bitten by a spider or spiders while we slept. Also bad parking options but that’s San Antonio

Great experience

Liked: The room we got was a the size of a one bedroom apartment. We loved it!
Disliked: I can’t say what I didn’t like it because it was all nice but The entrance was plain a bit.

Liked: The rooms were great! The amenities were wonderful, and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The lobby and lounge areas were borderline hot. Not a comfortable place to hang out and chat. The tub in my room was fairly outdated, but it was clean.
