Very good

Liked: Location right near train station. Very friendly host. Spacious room with modern shared bathrooms. Great value for money. Food down stairs also very good.

Nice place to eat and...

Liked: Hotel is close to public transport in a quiet area of Sydney
Disliked: Lights in the bathroom on level 2 didn’t work. Pillows were too soft

Great if staying in warmer...

Liked: The location was great, a short uber ride to Qudos Bank Arena, cafes nearby for breakfast.We had dinner onsite and the burgers were fantastic.
Disliked: There is no onsite parking so had to park at the train station.Bathroom was not clean, there was hair and mould in the shower.The main point that loses rating for this property was that there was no heating in the room. I had my 12 year old daughter with me and the room was freezing. We were travelling in winter and came home late from a concert so coming home to a cold room was awful. I requested a heater from the staff but they were unable to provide one.
