Liked: The front desk staff was the best ! House keeping was very pleasant when encountered in the hallway. Room was clean and shower was nice.
Disliked: The temperature in the room was very inconsistent. The air conditioner would kick on and it was pleasant then it would turn off and be hot . If you're on the side facing fenway the highway is very loud.

Enjoyable and restful

Liked: The hotel was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a coffee station each morning that was a nice touch and water available all day in the lobby - a refillable water bottle was provided at check in. The room was bright and airy and very comfortable. The location was very close to Fenway Park and the MBTA station was just outside the building.
Disliked: The pillows in the bed were all too soft.

Hotel Compassion should the name...

Liked: Location was p perfect. Walking distance to the venue we were going to. (MGM Music Hall) We were involved in a car accident on the way. We were late checking in and were a bit stressed from the crash (car towed) Bianca was wonderful after heading our rough start.She had a bottle of wine and couple beautiful yummy cupcakes! With a wonderfully personalized card. It touched my heart and my daughters so much, we were brought us to tears. Top class service! Thank you
