Great stay, could be cheaper

Liked: The room was quiet and had blackout curtains which was great for such crowded area. The location is great, very central place.
Disliked: The room was pretty small. When we opened the two big suitcases on the floor, there was no room to walk around.

Liked: The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Disliked: There were steps outside the main entrance ,but I was able to use my walker and use a ramp to exit the hotel at the rear entrance..

Liked: Great situation as close to town centre. Good shower and bathroom. Bedroom spacious enough. Staff helpful, particularly with directions and arranging taxis. Beds comfy.
Disliked: Checking in was a manual machine, but although a new experience, the staff were extremely helpful with checking us in. Everything was good, so no complaints
