We had a fantastic stay....

Liked: Location was excellent. Hotel very authentic.
Disliked: Room was very warm. Need to improve air conditioning

Liked: Very central, great service, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Nothing - loved it all!

For location alone, we would...

Liked: Majority of the staff were lovely, room decor and bathroom were 100%, location literally could not be better for the sights of Verona.
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre given the star rating, only one morning of our stay was there properly fresh bread and really lacked some decent tomato’s and mozzarella. Lack of Air Con in the rooms also needs to be mentioned, yes we knew about it before but even in a fairly cool April week, we had to sleep with the window open most nights and the street noise is as you would expect for a city centre.

Liked: Very well located, with friendly and promptly available staff. Good and diverse breakfast and cosy room.
Disliked: There were no air conditioning and i would worry to stay in the place during the warmer season.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff is good, you can see they are trying hard. The hotel, however, is very outdated, especially the room. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The hotel is not worth it, it needs a major renovation.
