Nice, but still needs some...

Liked: Nice atmosphere, very attentive and helpful service staff.
Disliked: The night light under the bed couldn't be turned off, a major distraction and obvious design mistake. We had to block both downlights with pillows.The breakfast was not really convincing, average German three-star hotel fare. Not worth the money, as there are plenty of nicer options in the area.

Good

Liked: Design and aesthetics of the hotel was pleasant, and the breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: 1. Our room had a door to the adjacent room. This caused noise pollution from the neighbours. 2. The staff was too stressed and made us feel like we were constantly in their way.

Liked: We had a good stay although the Italian lady working the breakfast area was quite rude and not welcoming at all to guests. She pointed at me and frowned for whatever reason and was bossing other colleagues around....Very unprofessional person to have in this establishment and she did somewhat ruin our experience.
