Liked: The location of property is close to old town. The room was cozy and comfortable and the staff helpful. They have an underground park which cost 24€ per day.

Disliked: The room is small, and complimentary water is not provided.We stay 2 nights, and the rooms are not cleaned up for the next day.no new towels are provided.Car parks are full because the restaurant is located on the ground floor .We can only park on the streets.The reception deck is the casher desk.Not worthwhile to stay in this hotel

No good

Liked: We reserve for 6 persons and get only 5 beds!!!After discussion on reception we get extra room. Still waiting for invoice. When we reserve and pay we call hotel and they told us that we will recive it on reception after check out- didin’t get it. On check out they told us that we will get it on email-still waiting. In meanwhile we contact hotel through booking masanger-still nothing.

Liked: Perfect central location, low key yet vibrant ambience, gracious and accommodating staff, excellent restaurant, excellent breakfast (included with our reservation) with healthy and organic food choices - the only criticism I would make is that the room lighting was not great - too much overhead lighting casting shadows in bath and room - this seems to be typical all over though and is really a small thing. (But I do wish the / more interior designers could figure out how to make the lighting more flattering and useful for reading, checking makeup etc. ).
