Nearly a perfect stay. Would...

Liked: Lovely vibe with fantastic staff. Really nice reception and bar area. Close to ubahn and loads of restaurants. The hideaway cocoon was an amazing room.
Disliked: In our triple room the air con didn’t work and blew out hot air. We asked for it to be fixed on the first day but still wasn’t by the third. We were offered a fan but it never arrived. Room 117 was also above the delivery area and 3am most mornings was a long delivery of something that woke up the kids.

Liked: a good restaurant with tasty food
Disliked: I planned my vacation travel several months in advance and specifically searched for hotels with available parking, as I am not from Germany and did not want to search for a parking spot upon arrival. The hotel does not allow parking reservations, and when we arrived, the parking was fully occupied. We had to park 1 km away from the hotel, which cost €70 for 1 day and 13 hours.

Liked: It's an interesting concept. The bar and dining areas were wonderfully appointed, including a roof bar. The self-designed pinsa I ordered was delicious. The staff were so good looking and happy to help answering questions.
Disliked: Given the 'fabulous' rating, I expected more. My room was small, with the shower stall and sink accessible via the room's hallway, i.e. there is no bathroom per se. The toilet was tucked in a closet, but was so small that I had to leave the door open to make room for my knees. Underground parking is limited; parking on the street requires two 2-euro coins every two hours. I got an underground parking space on the second day of my stay - YAY!!
