Exceptional

Liked: Great hotel with the kindest staff, super friendly and accommodating. Our baby daughter, our labrador and us felt truly welcome and at home! Especially Rustam, the reception lead, was super helpful and lovely!!
Disliked: The neighbourhood despite being central did not feel very family friendly. It was quite dirty as well.

Liked: We really loved this hotel. Such lovely staff and themed decor. We were smiling every time we got back to the lobby, lift and our room. Great area, very close both to the train station and to the centre. Breakfast is available but we didn't book it.

Liked: The location was good. Very friendly!
Disliked: The weather was hot in the 34 degrees, and the air-conditioning was always on a timer and turned itself off every 2 hours. When you're trying to sleep and the room gets hot, it's not nice at all. Asked for this to be changed and was told there's nothing they can do!

Liked: Room was available at 11am with no early checkin fee a bonus for overnight flights landing 8am. Elevator mimics a cable car ride, staff is friendly helpful.Decor is whimsical/germanic motifs of cow bells, hay in glass cow bells lights Close to Haupbanhof 5 min.Comfy beds.Price quoted included breakfast.Its a good choice for a 1 night layover.I will return which is a good indicator.
Disliked: Charged for coffee while awaiting checkin 5 eu. breakfast is basic/adequate -could use more selection for fruits etc .Breakfast was included with room otherwise I would have opted out.Room was narrow so we decided not to unpack.No kettle/fridge/pool/sauna but matched description

Liked: Good value for money. Clean rooms although small. No space really for luggage so plan accordingly. We didn’t like the location but it’s expected from an area around train stations.
Disliked: One big problem was that this is a 5 story hotel with 1 small elevator. Waiting for an elevator can take a long time. Waiting with luggage can take 30 minutes so plan accordingly during check out.
