Liked: Reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As the initial room was not to our satisfaction, we were given another one within minutes. Room was very clean (from what we could see).Kettle but nothing else...no teabags, coffee, sugar, etc.Breakfast was OK...all self service. Town centre in walking distance.
Disliked: Our room was incredibly dark, despite the big patio doors opening into a shared, slightly overgrown garden area, where rows of trimmed bamboo swallowed all the light.Inside, there was no "big light", only little lamps here and there. That the walls were dark blue and the ceiling was dark brown didn't really help. We felt like living in a mole hill.
