An expensive overnight stay for...
Liked: Closeness to airport
Disliked: I had paid $169 for the same room in April. Now $500.00. Price hike for summer unreasonable. But in fairness all the competitors were in the same range.

It was amazing.woukd definitely stay...
Liked: I loved how fancy the shower was, the setup of the bedroom was perfect for me as a woman to get ready. The restaurant in the lobby was really good. Our room was facing towards the green hills and outlook views of the greenery instead of the parking lot and I loved that.
Disliked: Nothing.

A modern, clean hotel, close...
Liked: Modern, clean, good attached restaurant.
Disliked: Overpriced, more than $400 for one night, likely due to local events on the dates I was traveling.

Superb

Disliked: The aircondition didn't work the whole time, due to the thermostat it stopped its coolness in the middle of the night, and it woke me up.

Excellent quiet airport hotel with...
Liked: The Hotel Clique at Calgary airport proved really exceptional as a convenient, affordable airport hotel, our aim for the our first two nights on a two-week trip through Western Canada. The property (and its contiguous, slightly more expensive sister hotel "Applause") is bright and stylish, with a kind of mid-century modern, Scandinavian look. (The most immediate or obvious difference between the two "wings" of the overarching facility, besides maybe about 10-15% in price, seemed to us to be the inclusion of breakfast at the Applause; the two properties share a fitness room and 2 rooftop hot tubs.) We enjoyed the attractive fitness areas and found the beds at Hotel Clique comfortable and the rooms well-appointed otherwise. Very important to us: the windows overlooking the nearby highway and (visible at a distance) airport facilities are so thick/well-insulated that we heard nothing at all. It was one of the quietest, most restful hotels we've stayed at. Best of all (and a primary reason for our choosing this property): the 24-hour free airport shuttle, which came promptly (also after midnight, after our flight was badly delayed) and was available also for trips to the airport for us to get public transportation to downtown Calgary (which unexpectedly-to-us large and cosmopolitan city we very much enjoyed the one full day we were there). A rather slow and infrequent city bus runs from the airport to downtown, so we ended up taking a taxi to get there in time for our city walking tour; that taxi cost about CA $40--rather pricey, we thought. On our return, we were able to travel by light rail and bus for less than CA$4 each, to get within a 5 min. walk of the hotel. An outstanding strength of the property is the excellent staff, both at the desk and the shuttle drivers, all of whom were unfailingly attentive, professional and friendly. It was a real pleasure to stay at the Hotel Clique, which we highly recommend.
Disliked: Except for the on-site bar and restaurant, the Tonic (which seemed to feature burgers and other such pub fare, plus afternoon pancakes, somewhat in the Scandinavian style, apparently), we saw no where in walking (or even very quick and clear driving) distance to eat. We ended up having granola bars (and apples from the lobby, that a nice touch) for breakfast and then enjoyed a very good and varied lunch and dinner in downtown Calgary, before returning for the night (and another granola bar next morning: we weren't attracted by the option of a paid breakfast at the Tonic).

Pleasant stay. You can relax...
Liked: It’s a good one. Close to the airport.
Disliked: Not many restaurants around. It’s better you bring your food/dinner with you to the hotel.
