Liked: DearSir/Madam, I recently stayed at your hotel,I booked this as a surprise for my husbands birthday however We were really disappointed on the condition of the room,Carpets were stained really badly,shower unit was very dirty,shower tray was cracked,Curtains marked and not hung on rail correctly,Wall's were marked quite a lot Whilst my husband was in the shower on Monday morning there was a very loud siren that went off and lasted about 6 minutes. we were unsure if it was a fire alarm as when we checked in we were not told if there was going to be a practice fire alarm or even where to go if the fire alarm soundedPlease could you reply to this complaintRegards

Great location, comfort and quiet....

Liked: Location was great as was the comfort of the bed. Good internet connection too. Lovely big room.
Disliked: The front door stuck and took a while to get out! Bathroom a bit dated.

Disliked: Looks way more outdated than in photos. Paint was falling off the walls, wooden structure for the sink was chipped, the sink was also chipped, black grey dots on the ceiling of the shower that we're sure were moulds, no power points next to the beds, no hair dryer. One power point in kitchen area which is used for the air-conditioning unit, so you'd have to move the kettle to the only other PowerPoint which is near the TV/ other electrical devices that you might be using, which could be dangerous. This might just be our room. we didn't ask for a room change since we only stayed for 2 nights and spent most of the day out and about.
