Liked: Location.
Disliked: Heating unit didn't work.

Disliked: Parking was 26 dollars for one night. Plus I get home and check my bank statement and there's a withdrawal from the hotel for $50. Not sure what the other $24 was for. Taking money out of someone's account and not telling them is unacceptable. Still waiting to hear back from accounting department. Not happy about this.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and smelled great. The bed linens were fabulous! And the bed so comfortable! Beautiful decor that matched the era of the building quite well. Love it when the buildings are restored not updated.

Liked: Love the historical building and that it was restored, not updated.
Disliked: The bathroom was rather small.

Historical landmark in the downtown

Liked: Historical landmark, great building, nice rooms, clean and spacious. Located in the middle of downtown, fully renovated, walk distance to the lake, restaurants. Great a la cart breakfast. My husband forgot his backpack with documents and the personnel took care of it, appreciate your help so much! Will be happy to come back!
