Liked: Location.
Disliked: Heating unit didn't work.

Disliked: Parking was 26 dollars for one night. Plus I get home and check my bank statement and there's a withdrawal from the hotel for $50. Not sure what the other $24 was for. Taking money out of someone's account and not telling them is unacceptable. Still waiting to hear back from accounting department. Not happy about this.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and smelled great. The bed linens were fabulous! And the bed so comfortable! Beautiful decor that matched the era of the building quite well. Love it when the buildings are restored not updated.

Liked: Very ornate and classic.
Disliked: Self parking garage elevator was out of order. Booked our room through booking.com and we paid in full, but hotel also charged us. We got reimbursed 4 days later. Offering room service would be a plus.

Good

Disliked: Paid $60 for valet parking. Check out in the morning and waited for my car. The valet worker came to me and handed me my keys and told meI had to go get my own car because he couldn’t drive it. So we carried all of our luggage down the road, through the parking garage and found my car. Then because we had already checked out of the hotel, we couldn’t get out of the parking garage because you have to scan your room key to get the parking lot gates to go up. We had to sit and wait for him to come back for another car before we could even get on the road.

Liked: We noticed that the windows weren’t really that clean but overall the experience was great and will stay there again!

Disliked: our pull out bed had dirty sheets and blankets that were used. there was gum in one of the beds

Disliked: Pillows had not been cased-were at foot of bed when we arrived. Key did not work-battery needed to be replaced.

Disliked: Parking although we did valet which was nice. Could not figure out how to turn on the shower my husband figured it out but a sign would have been helpful

The expectation of an “upscale”...

Liked: It was good but was to be included with my room. When I inquired at the front desk about it I was told it was NOT included but she wasn’t “going to argue “ and gave me ticket for it even though I explained the room was $226 without and $252 with!!! I paid $252!!!
Disliked: Room #666 was marginally acceptable but the view— a drab UGLY concrete wall was horrible!! Key cards didn’t operate as expected and the parking garage was deplorable!!! $45 to park for less than 24 hours in the worst ever garage.
