Only staying at the Clermont when I visit Atlanta!

Liked: Atmosphere; food; rooms; customer service.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Definitely not worth it. Better...

Liked: The hotel ambience is great. Very cool.
Disliked: The Tv doesn’t work. So frustrating when you have broken equipment in your room. The WiFi is so bad! The carpet is sticky.

Fun Modern Hotel

Liked: The rooftop and aesthetic of the hotel are a lot of fun. I didn't have a chance to try the food at the restaurant but the menu looked divine. Very close to Ponce City Market and Beltline.
Disliked: No fridge in room (or microwave). Parking was outrageous- do yourself a favor and park on the street for free. Room had thin walls - noisy at night during the weekend.

Nice hotel, stunning decor, stay...

Liked: Great location to visit Ponce City Market. Loved the style of the interior decor & the coffee shop.
Disliked: Big problem was the location of my bedroom (in the basement) in relation to the club. The bass from the music could be felt in my room and it didn't stop until well after 02:00am. There was then the noise from other guests leaving the club and then staying in the next room to me. The walls were so thin I could hear every conversation and by 4am I rang Reception asking for another room just to sleep in, but was told that I would need to pack up & vacate my current room as they had a 24 hours walk in policy so rooms could be booked at any time. I therefore slept on the couch as it was on the opposite wall to my noisy neighbours. I was offered some money back from the Receptionist when I checked out due to the inconvenience. But just want to make other guests aware of the noise issue in those basement Bunk Rooms
