Liked: Very friendly staff. They were keen to understand our requirements and support.smiling and welcoming people in reception and dining room. They offered support for arranging local site seeing trips.

Liked: I cannot say enough about front desk people. Best, knolagable, polite. Impressed by the service they provided, including transfer from and to the airport. Location is great. Rooms are cleaned. Breakfast is included. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: I think the price is a little too high.

Liked: This hotel is on the border of the old town, which is just perfect. A short walk and you are in the old part. It is not that busy and noisy. I will come back

Liked: We didn't have any good or bad experiences that stand out. It was an average hotel, location was reasonable, breakfast was varied.I asked the receptionist to lend me a cable for 1-2 hours because I forgot my charging cable. He said she couldn't give me one. He didn't have to but I didn't find this attitude hospitable.

Very good location, excellent, service-minded...

Disliked: Prefer a regular shower, over an in-bath-shower. :) Worked perfectly, though. Good pressure, wonderful soap/shampoo available in the room. Wonderful facilities.
