Liked: The location was great, very close to both tram and metro. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. It was great to have round the clock reception as well :)

Staff were Excellent.

Liked: Staff were excellent, but they couldn't have been more helpful.i am a diabetic so carry insulin.Our room originally did not have a fridge. However, the staff resolved that, offered to use the hotel fridge overnight, then hot one installed in our room the following day. Brilliant.
Disliked: Despite there being a good selection at breakfast, there was only apple juice, which my wife does not like, and the "hot" food was barely luke warm. Also no possibility to make a hot drink in the room and the coffee in reception was sometimes not fresh. Also my wife only drinks tea, do she could only get a hot drink when breakfast was on.
