Disliked: Water was luke warm and cable didn’t work

Good

Liked: Good location, comfoetable bed, complimentary water and coffee
Disliked: We had a room with a street view and it was so loud that we were constantly waking up.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The place was just appalling. Not clean. No one was cleaning anything. They claimed they made the bed, but it was like someone had a nap on it. When I asked, they told me "this is what you get, I am not a professional, if you like it fine, otherwise just leave" Outside of the hotel was even worse, a dangerous area if you ask me.

Poor

Liked: Nice bed, a lot of space in the room, microwave and nice TV.Hotel is nicely situated in San jose next to living places.
Disliked: Overall cleanliness is bad, curtains in the shower are old and dirty.Room service is non existant (the bed was worst after its 'clean").

Nice but could have been...

Liked: The room is big and easily accessible
Disliked: The window is not sound proof. So too much noise in day time. There is no almirah in the room. Room are not cleaned for the whole week. They just changed the towel and soap and water bottle.

Great inside, bad outside

Liked: The rooms were clean and had a mini fridge, TV, and microwave!
Disliked: There were a bunch of homeless people and tweakers right outside, and because of that you needed a key card to get inside the hotel at all, and use the elevator.

Very good

Liked: Manager was very friendly and helpful. Location was very close to my office. Buffet breakfast had high variety and very good value. Gym was clean and had new equipment.
