Liked: Big props to the front desk staff on 8/15, as they were nothing but classy and professional, even as *very* difficult people were demanding their attention. I was checking in at a different window and was impressed with the staff I was hearing and seeing.
Disliked: It was pricier than it's been other times we've stayed, but we love the Clarendon, so it's worth it.
