Liked: Correcto. La habitación no era tan grande como parecía en las fotos, pero era cómoda y limpia. Equipo simpático y amable. No muy céntrico, pero relativamente cerca de varias opciones para comer.

Disliked: A bit far away from the city centre, no parking (we have to park in a nearby public parking).

Liked: The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. There was no AC or any visible, so the room was very warm. Also there was no working ventilator in the loo, so as you can imagine smells started to linger. Also, quite a lot of noise from the road traffic. I was going to have the buffet breakfast, but it was too busy and loud, with guests grabbing their food. I went to the front cafe and the grey haired woman serving was absolutely miserable and looked at me with disdain. I think you need to train the staff to remember that just because we are pilgrims and guests we still deserve some courtesy and customer service. We give courtesy and thanks remember. But, the desk staff were very helpful and courteous.
